We’re looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our portfolio brands’ presence, engage with our target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
You will play a crucial role in managing our social media platforms, creating compelling content, monitoring performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, an excellent communicator, and possesses a deep understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to meet the company’s objectives and drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Manage and oversee all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and shareable content for social media channels that aligns with the brand’s voice and messaging.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use the insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to maximize results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience across all channels.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive user engagement and increase brand loyalty.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, creative development, and performance tracking.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark performance, and identify opportunities for differentiation.
BA or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience in social media, either your own or formal or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced marketing environment.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for organic and paid content.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with online communities.
Proficiency in social media management tools.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with social media SEO is a plus.
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
