Our Client in the beverage manufacturing industry seeks a Tetra Pak Technician for their dairy plant.
REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reporting To: Plant Manager -Dairy
JOB DESCRIPTION
Maintenance and operation of Tetra Pak (Aseptic Filling Machines)
Preventive and corrective maintenance of Machines
Productivity and yield of packed products, monitoring machine condition and prepare schedule accordingly.
Maintenance of spare parts store UHT sterilizer, TBA 8
Arranging materials for production as per the requirements
Monitoring and supervising of manpower under section and training on the machine for operation.
Preparing daily reports, documentation, SOP
Responsible for Packaging integrity during production of ESL and Tetra
Maintaining section hygiene and cleaning
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience: 5 years plus
Education Level: Diploma Level
Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Technician / Technologist or any other related qualification from a recognized institution of learning
Equipment: Tetra Pak (Aseptic Filling Machines)
Knowledge Of: Preventive Maintenance
Ability To: Preparing daily reports, documentation, SOP
Other Requirements: Candidates that have experience in FMCG are encouraged to apply
