Home pro Enterprise Zambia Limited is a subsidiary of Sunda International, the manufacturer of soft care baby diapers, soft care pads and Twyford tiles. We seek to recruit for the following positions.
CHEF
Responsibilities:
- Set the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment’s
- Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
- Cook food in a timely manner
- Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
- Inform kitchen staff about the daily special meals
- Supervise cooking and give assistant as needed
- Slightly modify recipes to meet customer needs and request
- Monitor food stock and place orders
Requirement:
- Diploma in any related food program
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
- Experience in chinse food preparation
- Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking and pastry techniques
- Proven 2 years work experience as a Chef or Cook
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
