CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERN (2)

Responsibilities:

  • Pick up calls and respond to customer’s quires
  • Manager customers’ orders
  • Enter data on the system
  • Track order to ensure the order has been loaded and delivered to the customer on time
  • Ensure to meet the target on time
  • Work with the team to close orders on time
  • Any other duties assigned

Requirement:

  • Degree in any Business course
  • Knowledge of computers
  • Good communication and written skills
  • Leadership skills
  • No experience needed
