OPERATIONS ACCOUNTANT–MPONGWE FEEDMILL (X1)
The required skills for the role include:
- Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to track production costs.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate recording of stock movements.
- Collaborate with production teams to analyze production costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Provide financial analysis and insights on operational performance, supporting decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of operational budgets and forecasts.
- Generate operational financial reports, including performance metrics and KPIs.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to streamlined financial processes.
- Establish and maintain internal controls related to operational finance activities.
- Implementing approved price adjustments in Abaserve
The Required Qualifications are:
- Grade 12 School certificate with 5 credits or better including Mathematics and English.
- Full CIMA, ACCA, ZICA, Degree in Accounting.
- Member of ZICA.
- More than 5 years’ work experience.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT– ZAMHATCH MPONGWE (X1)
The Required Skills for this Role Include:
- Capex tracking for Finance manager’s review
- Reconciling overheads for Finance manager’s review
- Posting of credit notes – Sales
- Liaising with the Tax team when need be
- Posting of GRV reversals (Return to supplier).
- Monitoring the Zamhatch cash control account
- Overseeing payables and receivables recons
- Liaising with Accounting on all Entry queries
- Liaising with Managerial Staff
- Month-end and year-end close process
- Accruals
- Implementing approved price adjustments in Abaserve
The Required Qualifications are:
- Grade 12 School certificate with 5 credits or better including Mathematics and English
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Economics
- ZICA, ACCA/CIMA Diploma in Accountancy
- Member of ZICA
- More than 3 years’ work experience
