RESPONSIBILITIES
– Proven creativity in Menu planning and recipe creation.
– Ensure meals are prepared on time and sufficient quantities are available.
– Thorough knowledge of food preparation and servicing
– Ability to communicate effectively and maintain stock levels of all kitchen supplies
QUALIFICATIONS
– G 12 Certificates
– Diploma in food production
– 3-4 Years experience
