Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor after sales activities to achieve set objectives and targets on all key customers, maintain a database of all special events.
- Maintain contact with all clients to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service. quality and Customer feedback form to be completed before release of a vehicle.
- Follow-up call to every customer within a week to check on performance, assist clients in resolving issues and complaints concerning service delivery.
- Daily update to the General Manager on any need to provide flowing of aftersales support (parts/service) to every unit that we sell. Arrange at least one aftersales visit with the General Manager or workshop manager weakly.
- Build and establish a good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue.
- 80% retention on all clients on our database.
- Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and product publicity via panel van utilization and distribution of company products to clients weekly.
- On all key customers, maintain a database of all special events.

Requirements
- First Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Auto Mechanics are eually encouraged to apply
- 2 years’ experience in Motor Industry
- Must have a driver’s license
