JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Head – Deposit Sales, the Senior Officer will generate leads and manage sales and relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals and Corporate
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Generate leads, sales and build the fixed deposit client base
- Achieve /exceed sales targets as communicated management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other business stakeholders
- Drive the company strategy towards customer acquisition and retention.
- Provide excellent client service and build sustainable relationships that enhance the Bayport brand
- Attend to client complaints and resolve issues efficiently and in a timely manner
- Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process
- Responding to customer queries
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline
- 3 years relationship management experience in the Finance Sector
- Knowledge of Financial Investment Products and financial markets.
- Understanding of relevant legislation e.g. KYC, Anti – Money laundering
- Driver’s license

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent pipeline management skill
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
