Stores Clerk – Gross K2,000 – K2,500

Systems and procedures –

• Stores Control and maintain the stores in an orderly manner
• Control flow of stock and maintain stock levels in stores.
• Data capture of items and pictures
• Stock takes (Physical stock vs Inventory System) and reconciliations
• Collection and delivery of parts where necessary

Assist in Counter Sales

• Quoting client.
• Invoicing clients and assisting on projects for Zimbabwe and Zambia

Assist in Procurement & Logistics

• Sourcing of spare parts where needed
• Raising a Flag on when to replenish stock when Inventory levels diminish
• Work under and assist the Procurement, Logistics & Administration Officer with all procurement and logistics-related work

Administrative Support – Assist with all administrative works

Any other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time
