POSITION: HEAD, MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT STUDIES DEPARTMENT (01)
REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR, MANAGEMENT STUDIES DIVISION
JOB PURPOSE
To plan, co-ordinate and supervise training services in Management and Development studies training and consultancy work in order to impart knowledge, skills and competences in students for the enhancement of their performance in industry. Knowledge, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Five (5) ‘O’ Levels or higher acceptable at a University.
- Bachelor‘s Degree in Public Administration or Management related discipline preferably with a merit.
- Masters’ Degree in Public Administration or Management related discipline.
- PhD in Public Administration or Management related discipline.
- Minimum ten (10) years relevant postgraduate work experience at a supervisory level in a reputable organization.
- Evidence of Publications.
- Excellent oral and written Communication Skills.
- Computer Literate.
