Is seeking a qualified, certified and experienced Human Resources Manager.

Candidate must have strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws and be comfortable handling all grievances and disciplinary issues in a unionized environment. Hospitality industry experience would be a big plus. Trainer and motivator, experienced in performance management. Disciplined, organized, at ease with payroll management and all related payroll issues. Able to work independently and to guide the organization in all matters concerning the training, strategic planning and management of the human resources.
