Assistant Manager, Quality iSON Xperiences

iSON Xperiences is the largest 3rd Party BPO service provider in Africa with a presence in 14 countries in Africa with client base across various verticals which include Telecommunication, Internet and Television sectors.

iSON BPO commenced operations in Zambia in 2015 and now seeks to recruit a suitable and qualified candidate for the Position of Assistant Manager, Quality.

Job Purpose:

To define, standardize and monitor quality parameters and thereafter make recommendations for on going improvements.

Knowledge, Skills and experience

1. Graduate with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience / ISO 27001 awareness/ internal auditor, Six Sigma Yellow/Green/Black Belt in a large telecom setup. Must have prior Experience in Managing Quality processes with a large telecom organization

2. Good Knowledge of ISO 27001

3. Good knowledge of call Center operations which includes In bound, Outbound and Back office)

4. Process orientation

5. Knowledge on Six Sigma tools & techniques

6. Good Analytical and communication Skills

7. Exposure to Six Sigma, TQM, Policy Deployment, and other macro approaches to Excellence. Extensive work on Problem Solving tools & techniques

8. Excellent observation and eye for detail

9. Good client interaction skills.
