Agrilink Innovations Limited (Agrilink) is a startup that provides a platform where farmers register their products so that buyers who are registered on the platform can easily see what they are selling and buy from them directly. The platform is in the form of an application that is downloadable on smartphone and is available on playstore. We are currently hiring Sales Specialists who would assist prospective farmers and buyers to become clients on the platform.

Responsibility

Generate new customer leads
Presenting our product to potential clients, responding to customer questions
Develop strong long term relationships in order to get repetitive business and encourage brand loyalty
Position our company as an industry leader
Assisting farmers and buyers with registration on our platform
Following up with clients and making sure their needs are met
Maintain a database of clients, prospects and vendors
Maintaining the entire sales cycle from turning a prospect into a client
Any other responsibility that may be given

Required Skills

Good sales and communication skills
Fluent in english and local languages
Diploma in business related discipline
Good data analysis skills
Salary: Commission based
