BIA Group is active in the sales, rentals and after-sales services of equipment intended for public works, mines, quarries and transport. What will be your responsibilities?
- Plan all necessary parts, equipment, services and documentation to perform the maintenance work.
- Ensure ALL warranty SOs, PO’s and claim numbers are opened, shared and closed off in the system.
- Warranty SO submission within 24 hrs. of receipt
- Claims Action logs to be OTIF and distributed weekly.
- TSI are logged within 24 hours of receipt to Bia TSI email.
- Creation of purchase requisitions for planned work.
- Creation of stock reservations for planned work.
- Follow up with supply chain on parts returns.

- Response times
- Recovery rates of warranty
- Parts issuance follow up rates
Competences
- SAP knowledge preferred
- OEM equipment knowledge preferred
- Strong levels of English, both verbal and written
- Windows PC proficient
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor or Masters in Mechanical Engineering
- Technical knowledge on Heavy Equipment Repair or similar activity
- IT software knowledge (pack office + diagnostic and fleet management tools)
- Good knowledge of SAP or any related software
