Job Purpose
Efficient and Fair Adjustment of claims for all clients
Key Responsibilities
- Prudent interpretation of policies/products that customers have bought
- Adjustments of claims including cost negotiations with suppliers
- Internal costing of the job by getting independent quotes from spare part dealers on motor claims
- Issuance of repair orders or discharge forms
- Pursuing Recoveries
- Making sure the Claims Experience is seamless for customers
- 5 Years minimum experience in claims management and administration.

Required Experience (relevant or in a similar role).
Qualifications
- Degree in Any Field
- Diploma in Insurance and Motor Technology is an Added Advantage
- Grade twelve with Five O levels including English and Maths
- On the Job training/ familiarization time
- Appreciation of different parts of a motor vehicle
- Reading financials/Purchases/ Sales and Stock Levels
- Conflict Management
- General understanding of the Laws of Zambia
