Our client, a Crop Science Innovation Company seeks to recruit a Digital Marketing Analyst who is curious, bold, innovative and wishes to grow his /her career and be part of a winning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for optimization
• Development of digital marketing and content strategy
• Prepare creative briefs for online content for social media platforms
• Prepare monthly content calendar for all three social media platforms
• Community Management and monitoring of all clients’ social media pages and website
• Manage both organic and paid campaigns across digital channels.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Monitor digital marketing trends and industry best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Maintain and communicate the brand / corporate image.

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, additional exposure or qualifications in the IT field is an added advantage.
• 3-5 years proven experience in digital marketing analytics.
• Must be proficient in Adobe Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels.
• Ability to work well with others and be a team player
• Attentive to detail and organized.
• Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time.
