DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES REQUESTED
A Private School in Lusaka is soliciting proposals from Registered companies that will provide food and services at the Schools Tuck-shops within Lusaka. The Company shall be required to sell Fresh and other Snacks/food at the School Tuck-shops as well as serving the Pupils and Teachers all their meal requirements.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Interested Companies should submit proposals, bids or responses which will be accepted by the Schools Board of Directors not later than Friday, 5th April, 2024 at 17 hours. Every document must be enclosed in an envelope marked as BID DOCUMENT. Two full copies of the proposal must be submitted, each with original signatures. The following should be enclosed:
- PACRA Certificate of Incorporation
- Tax Registration Pin (TPIN
- Company Profile
- Proposals (BID)
- Recommendation
- Proof of Previous Work
- Certificate of Share Capital
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- Food handlers Certificate
Any Proposal, Bids or responses received after the deadline shall be considered late and will not be opened or considered.
