We are on the lookout for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Officer to spearhead our growth initiatives. Your role will be crucial in expanding our market presence and fostering strategic partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new partners and expand our user base.

– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, community organizations, and transportation agencies.

– Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that align with our growth objectives.

– Analyze data to track performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize our business development efforts.

– Attend networking events, conferences, and workshops to promote our carpooling services and build brand awareness.

– Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

– Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

– Strong organizational and project management abilities.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.

The Ideal Candidate should Possess the Following Additional Skills:

– Proficiency in graphic design, with the ability to create visually appealing presentations and marketing materials.

– Solid understanding of social media marketing and experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

– Experience with SEO best practices and the ability to analyze and optimize web content for maximum visibility and ranking in search engines.

– Knowledge of Google Ads with a track record of managing effective PPC campaigns.

– Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access for data analysis and reporting.
