Description

As an operations manager, you are responsible for monitoring and improving the integrity and efficiency of all operational processes.

Collaborating with the other teams within the operations department teams you solve operational problems and work on the development and continuous improvement of process flows and related operational tools.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform day-to-day administrative functions
  • Supervise and support operational staff and customer service representatives in a small and rapidly growing customer support call center
  • Support internal staff regarding department products and functions, including system setup, administration, and maintenance
  • Assist in periodic financial and staffing planning process
  • Support implementation of key projects, and marketing initiatives
  • Lead or coordinate daily payment processing and reconciliations
  • Steering operational process improvement projects with full ownership and responsibility including project management and communication with all internal stakeholders
  • Identifying and mitigating/eliminating existing inefficiencies, operational issues and risks
  • Implementing quality assurance measures to improve business monitoring
  • Directly collaborating with the department head on organizational and strategic topics
  • Review of periodic reports to ensure internal controls are being followed and resolve and note any discrepancies
  • Identify regulatory compliance and legal issues and escalate for resolution as appropriate
  • Analyze and resolve escalated problems and identify recurring issues
  • Assist with internal, external, and regulatory audits and examinations
  • Help with recruitment, motivate and training to improve productivity

Qualifications

  • At least three (3) years in operations experience
  • Holder of Degree in Business or related field
