  • Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner
  • Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution
  • Educate customers on services and processes
  • Escalate any issues to the Team Leader
  • Achieve agreed on KPIs and Objectives
  • Attend coaching sessions with Team Leader and Quality Analyst
  • Adhere strictly to shift schedules
  • Adhere to laid down internal policies, procedures and processed
  • Work collaboratively with the team

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in any business-related course or higher
  • Passionate about customer care
  •  Experience working with MS Office
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and any local language
  • Able to work well under pressure and under minimum supervision
  • Experience working in a betting company will be an advantage
