JOB SUMMARY

To implement and manage the health, safety and environment systems, as well as conduct safety inspections and audits to eliminate safety incidents by way of thorough safety investigations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist with the implementation of occupational health management system to an acceptable standard.
2. Assist with the implementation of environmental management system standard.
3. Administer and maintain safety related documentation and records.
4. Facilitate and participate in incident investigations and risk.
5. Develop, implement, maintain safe work procedures and promote high safety and health awareness.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
2. Minimum Diploma in occupational health, safety and environment
3. A minimum of  years post qualification experience with at least 2 years in Lime production environment.
4. Report writing skills desired.
