You job will be to run a team of 5 that run two departments, namely online car hailing and and motor bike hailing.
On car hire department:
1 run the day to day of the department.
2 make daily, weekly , monthly report on driver retention , offline drivers, no of drivers registered e.T.C.
3 reports on expenses from each account and location.
4 direct supervision on the employees and weekly report on there work.
5 helping grow and improve the company by coming up with ways to efficient nd growing the customer base as well.
On the motor bike hire department.
1 manage riders and there daily cashing.
2 keep meticulous report on each bike and service history.
3 help grow the fleet by hiring new riders and acquiring new bike
You will run the day to day of both departments with minimal supervision.
Prepare daily report on company expenses
Making sure the customers are satisfied with the company and providing
And overall help the company grow.
