Inventory Control Manager Natkos Distributors Limited

  • Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items.
  • Verify all the incoming material according to SOPs
  • Prepare bills/Good Receipt PO of incoming material and submit to supervisors
  • Verify all the last day activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any.
  • Ensure the implementation of Inventory management system.
  • Strong coordination with team, user departments.
  • Analyse the aging of stocks & communicate the management about obsolete Stock. Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
  • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
  • Coordinate general stock issuance, movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
  • Keeping the store fully stocked.
  • Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a full grade 12 certificate.
  • Must have a certificate or diploma in Purchasing and Supply or any relevant field.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year working experience.
  • Must be a registered member of the Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply.
