Customer Value Management Campaign Analyst Airtel Networks Zambia Plc

JOB PURPOSE

To oversee the programing of all Marketing campaigns onto the CRM campaign system, optimizing Below the Line (BTL) marketing communications, Business Intelligence (BI) and providing campaign analytical support.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

  • Facilitating the programing of all Marketing campaigns onto the CRM campaign system.
  • Owning the development and execution of all marketing campaigns for prepaid segments.
  • Ensuring Campaign Quality Assurance and Integrity checks are managed.
  • Leading the campaign performance reporting and analysis with the development of dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly campaign performance tracking.
  • Coordinating survey data collection and analysis for business decision making purposes.
  • Managing all Below The Line marketing communication via SMS and Interactive Voice response (IVR).
  • Ensuring all communication adheres to policy and regulatory standards.
  • Above The Line communication.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:

  • A recognized university degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Actuarial or equivalent degree.
  • Strong SQL data mining knowledge.
  • Analytical skills and capabilities.
  • Audience segmentation skills.

Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum of three (03) years working experience in CVM campaign management and programming.
  • Experience in a telecommunication environment will be an added advantage.
  • Extensive campaign analysis and reporting experience in a complex environment.
  • Excellent mining and analysis skills with SQL.
  • Must be a Member of the Zambian Institute of Marketing.
