Direct Sales Manager Astro Technology

Job Description:

As a Direct Sales Manager at Astro Technology you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategies to achieve our sales targets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, mentoring the sales team, and implementing effective sales techniques. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, including market analysis, target setting, and sales forecasting.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of direct sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Sales Training: Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales teams.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, implementing strategies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and negotiations, leading by example to showcase effective selling techniques.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Sales Collateral: Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral, presentations, and materials that support the sales process.

Customer Feedback: Gather and act on customer feedback, continuously improving products/services and the sales process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience 3 years in direct sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
