Armaguard Security Limited a leading Security provider invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced members of the public to fill the vacant position of Customer Care Services Agent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
Maintaining an accurate and updated client contact list for all Customers as assigned to you.
Compile terminations and new business schedules for customers under your care on a weekly and monthly basis.
Conduct Over the phone Client service review feedback each month.
Compile a list of complaints / feedback on weekly basis, highlight remedies and dates resolved and shared with your supervisors.
Compile a monthly feedback schedule for all reviews done for all the clients under your care and submit to your HOD for analysis conclusion.
Communicate company information and guide to clients and would be clients on services offered.
Establish individual and group targets within the company’s customer-base, protect the revenue base through direct relationship and increasing customer satisfaction.
To respond to input from customers and support managers (complaints, praise and concerns) to help the company identify better ways of providing the service.
Identify root causes of issues and put forward proposals to your supervisor for improving the system and service to ensure that a longer-term solution is provided to clients.
Undertaking customer satisfaction research to identify customer’s experience of service.
Work on any assignment assigned to you by Customer Services Manager.
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by your line Managers and Management
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits or better in Mathematics and English
A minimum of a Diploma in Public Administration or any related field
A minimum of three years of work experience in a related field
Strong analytical skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Efficiency
Computer Literature
Time management skills
Clean criminal record
