VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 1: FREELANCE DIRECT SALES AGENTS- ZAMBIA OPERATIONS
We are urgently looking for FREELANCE DIRECT SALES AGENTS for our operations in Zambia to undertake the marketing and sales of our seminars, conferences, accounting, taxation and business consulting services in all Zambia’s major cities and towns and available to start work immediately on commission basis for the first 3 months and then basic salary plus sales commissions thereafter. We pay attractive sales commissions with commissions in the range of K5,000 to K20,000 for Self-Driven and High Performing Individuals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing prospects for our wide range of our seminars, conferences, business consulting & accounting service
- Planning, organizing, and executing effective cold calling campaigns for marketing of our seminars, workshops conference, accounting and business consulting services.
- Generating sales leads, closing sales and driving sales volumes.
- Gathering and reporting customer intelligence to management.
- Providing after sales service
Qualifications
- At least a Diploma/Degree in Sales/Marketing or a related field which should have involved sales and marketing subjects
- Good communications and persuasive skills
- Excellent Selling and relationship building skills
- Independent and pro-active individual who will work with minimal supervision
- Sales & Marketing experience will be an added advantage.
