Our client in the agriculture industry are hiring;

Senior Finance Accountant

Focus Area:

• The focus areas for the Senior Accountant is to analyze various transactions and prepares monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements.

KPA’s

Finance

• Is responsible for the summarizing, analysis, and reporting of financial transactions for applying standardised processes and guidelines.

Operational Excellence/Service Delivery

• Perform general accounting tasks such as the preparation of financial statements and avail these documents to all stakeholders.

Safety, Health, and Environment

• Support and comply to applicable SHE legislation and regulations. Ensure the overall wellbeing of relevant employees within the responsible area and drive, support and facilitate the clients Safety Culture Transformation Program

Stakeholder Engagement/Customer

• Must be stakeholder orientated, build, maintain sound networks with relevant internal and external stakeholders and act with diplomatic sensitivity whilst being able to negotiate effectively and efficiently within the broader framework.

Learning and Growth

• Focused on developing self and others (where applicable) to stay abreast with latest developments and legislation pertaining to Financial Accounting. Must be able to drive a high-performance team that are highly motivated, engaged, and output driven.
