Peakford is therefore seeking skilled and motivated individuals to fill Direct Sales Agent positions. Candidates will begin on a commission basis for the first 3 months, transitioning to a basic salary plus commission thereafter. Successful candidates can earn attractive 30% commissions ranging from K1,000 to K20,000.

Job Summary:

Sales Interns will promote our suite of professional services, encompassing training sessions, workshops, HR and business consulting, as well as research and development, to prospective clients. Responsibilities include identifying leads, pitching services, finalizing and closing sales, and providing detailed information on our offerings.

Key Duties:

• Generate leads and build a customer base
• Conduct effective sales presentations
• Meet monthly sales targets

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor analysis

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Sales/Marketing or related field
Minimum 1 year of sales and marketing experience recent graduates can also apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven and proactive
