Job Description:

Thelsac Equipment and Services Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The Sales Executive will represent our company’s products and services to potential clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective clients.
Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– 5 years work experience for a similar position.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Strong business acumen and customer-focused approach.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
