ADMIN ASSISTANT
Bantu Recruitment Agency is looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team.
This position requires someone who:
- is able to work with minimum supervision
- have at least one year experience in similar position
- computer literate
- good organizational skills and time-management abilities
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- 2 traceable references
Responsibilities
- Coordinate front office activities
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and events.
- Be able to make travel bookings and hotel accommodation for staff
- Ensure schedules are organized
- Follow up on payments and issue receipts
- Assist with human resources functions
- Procurement of inventory and office supplies
- Inventory management
- Assist in budgeting process
- Follow up on regulatory obligations i.e ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA
Qualifications
- G12
- Diploma in Business Administration
