Responsibilities
- Ensure that all food is of excellent quality and served on time.
- Planning the menu, keeping in mind the budget and availability of stock
- Coordinating kitchen staff and assisting them as required.
- Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
- Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
- Receiving feedback and making improvements where necessary
- Ensure all staff members are wearing the correct PPE.
- Check freshness of food and discard out of date items.
Requirements and Skills
- Full G 12 Certificate
- Diploma in food Production
- 3 Years Experience
- Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
