Business Development Executive and Graphic Designer Care Stars Services (Recruitment Agency)

Our client a Marketing and Media organization is seeking to hire the following positions.

1. Business Development Executive

Your main responsibilities will include:

– Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients

– Generate new business opportunities by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions

– Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities

– Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets

Key Requirements

– Should have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

– Should have a strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the brand and print industry.

– Should be highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

– Should have a strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.

– Should be familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) would be a plus

– should have 3-4 years of work experience in this field

2. Graphic Designer – to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

– Study design briefs and determine requirements
– Schedule projects and define budget constraints
– Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
– Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
– Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
– Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
– Test graphics across various media
– Amend designs after feedback
– Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements and skills

– Proven graphic designing experience

– A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

– Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)

– A keen eye for aesthetics and details

– Excellent communication skills

– Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

– Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

– Should have 3-4 years of work experience in this field

– must be prepared to do a physical test on graphic designing.
