Responsibilities
Proven creativity in Menu planning and recipe creation.
Ensure meals are prepared on time and sufficient quantities are available.
Thorough knowledge of food preparations and servicing.
Ability to communicate effectively and maintain stock levels of all kitchen supplies.
Qualifications
Full G12 certificate
Certificate/diploma in food production
3-4 Years experience.
