Job Purpose
Reporting to the Manager-Card Production and Management, this role will be responsible for the personalization of membership cards and the monitoring and maintaining of card printing material and equipment. To prepare produced cards for distribution according to laid down processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• To be responsible for monitoring of card stock and the personalization of cards in a secure manner,
• To prepare and batch cards for printing,
• To efficiently produce, securely store and distribute membership cards to members in accordance with the procedure,
• To maintain records and schedules of cards produced and distributed,
• To adhere to quality standards for high quality card output,
• To secure the card printing rooms,
• To keep improving card production processes for efficiency and
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Production Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum full Grade twelve certificate with five (5) credits, including English and Mathematics.
• At least 3 years of working experience related to Card Management in banking/insurance industry
• Experience in card production, storage and distribution.
Competencies required for this Role
• Knowledge of card features and uses,
• Knowledge of the card production cycle,
• Knowledge on card security matters and
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and other systems of similar nature
