Job Description
Responsible for the end to end process of learning management, including defining, designing, delivering, driving, deploying and documenting learning interventions in partnership with Line and aligned to business and talent requirements in a business unit
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits and passes in English and Mathematics
- A Diploma / Degree in Business related field
- Computer literate
- Learning and Development, Talent Management or Organization Development qualification an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 – 3 years Job related experience
- 1-year facilitation experience
KNOWLEDGE & SKILL
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
- Learning Design and Learning Architecture knowledge an added advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines.
- Project and Change Management process knowledge.
- Training Budgeting and Financial Management.
- Learning Needs Analysis Skills.
- Talent Management and Organization Development Knowledge.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partnership Management with key stakeholders in Business to align training to business strategy.
- Define Learning and Development Programs and Learning Outcomes
- Conduct Training and Learning needs Analysis using the outcomes planning wheel.
- Deploy Learning and Development Program through facilitation.
- Design Learning and Development curriculum, material and post learning assessments
- Document Learning and Development interventions
- Analyze, record and measure learning impact based on defined outcomes and success criteria post the learning intervention.
- Prepare management reports and compliance reports that indicate learning impact and return on investment.
- Initiate Learning and Development support methodologies.
- Assessing Learning and Development Risks and associated trends.
- Evaluating the banks Learning and Development Practice with industry best practices.
